1. Where is your company located?

Our company located in HangZhou City, HangZhou City, ZheJiang Province, China. (Which is closed to ZheJiang ) By car, there 1.5 hours to ZheJiang Airport and 2 hours to ZheJiang Airport.
 

2. Which port are you shipping?

We ship from ZheJiang port and 2 hours from Factory to ZheJiang port (Xihu (West Lake) Dis.g).
 

3. How many containers you can ship each month? What about your annual sales?

We ship about 30 containers per month. Our annual sales are about 54 million dollar.
 

4. What is the payment term could you accept?

We usually accept and do T/T payment, 30% deposit in advance, and the balance against the copy of BL.
 

5. What about your deliver time?

30–45 days for trial order. 25–30 days for reorder.
 

6. Will you pack the goods with assembly instruction? Because we do not know how to assemble them.

Yes, we put the assembly instruction into the package. If you still do not know how to assemble, you may contact us.
 

7. If we want sample, how much do we need to pay?

For sample, we usually charge retail price, and the transport fee should be pay by buyer. But do not worry, we will return the price for sample when buyer place order.
