Materials

1. Frame: Steel frame, Galvanized steel frame, aluminium frame; all frame are treated with powder coating to prevent rust. 
2. Wicker: All of our wicker are PE rattan wicker, all-weather resistant, 2000 hours UV resistant, waterproofing. 
3. Fabric: 180g-250g polyester with waterproofing. Color fastness grade 4. 

Warranty

1. Normally 1-2 years, 3-5 years are available too. 

Lead time & Delivery

1. 30-45 days for low season (April-August), 60-90 days for CHINAMFG season (September-March)
2. 25-35 days by sea shipping

Our service

1. Wicker & fabric can be customized.
2. OEM orders are accepted. 
3. Sample or trial order are accepted, which means you can mix 3-5 different items in 1 40ft container.

1. Outdoor: Rattan sofa set, dining set, hanging chair, sun lounger, daybed, swing, gazebo etc
2. Leisure: Camping table, camping chair, beach lounge, umbrella etc.

Payment term

1. 30% deposite, 70% balance against the copy of B/L.
2. L/C at sight.

MOQ is 1*20 GP container
1*20GP container with no more than 2 items.
1*40HQ container with no more than 4 items.

2. Do you aceept sample order?
We accept sample order. However customer has to pay for the product cost and shipping cost.

3. How about your Lead time?
30-45 days (April – August) for off season; 60-90 days (September – March) for CHINAMFG season
It also depends on when will you place the order.

4. What about the payment term?
a.10~ 30%deposit T/T paid before production,the balance againset copy of B/L 
b. L/C at sight.
c. D/P at sight.
